Since it’s such a good book, I figured it is such a waste not to talk about it. It’s a teenage vampire romance novel by Stephenie Meyers. It’s about a girl named Bella who fell in love with a vampire called Edward. Not exactly an idealistic relationship since the vampires seek blood in order to live and it just so happens that Bella’s blood is quite tasty. The setting is in Fork, Washington. It’s quite a rainy place and not too sunny, a good place for a vampire hide out don’t you think? Anyways, Edward and Bella kind of started on the wrong foot, but as the story progress, they got to know each other and then fell in love.
My favorite character in the book is Bella. She’s such a klutz, in a good way of course. Nice to know when she mess up there’s always Edward to clean up the mess, haha. Edward is alright, he’s a bit possessive but I guess it’s all part of being in love. I can totally relate to Alice, she and I acted almost the same as each other. Of course, I love her personality, she is bubbly and fun but she has quite a temper when she’s mad. xD Personally, I think the first book is the best. It’s packed with excitement and fun in every pages. The storyline is very fresh and interesting and unexpected. Seriously, I never knew there’s a place called Forks in Washington before. I actually pulled out Google to double check, Lol. In most cases, the sequel often fails to beat the first. The second book is still good though, but I guess you kind of lose a bit of interest after you get used to the characters and their personality.
Seriously, I would totally recommend this book if you are into romance, vampire, and action.

Pheew, I’m beat. Yesterday was so busy. I was at a Back to School party at my friend’s house. It was awesome! We had a backyard barbeque and water balloon party in the park. I never knew that playing water gun war can leave you so hungry. I ate like 2 pieces of ribs, 2 chicken drumsticks, and a steak. After that we kind of snuck up on my friend and dumped a bucket of water on her head. She got mad and started chasing us with her secret stash of water balloons. That day, we all learned a lesson of not messing with the water balloon queen. Then they decided to gang up on me and I got pushed into the pool. I managed to grab a friend nearby and she went down with me. xD We all fought for the only hair dryer afterward. Following up the mess was a Guitar Hero showdown. I managed third place and got a bar of chocolate as a prize lol. I tried it on Expert and it was a total disaster, I missed countless of notes. We all decided to be gutsy and play Resident Evil after that. Less than 5 minutes into the game, we got hacked to death by an axe wielding zombie. What cracked me up is that we were using a gun in the game and we can’t even beat up a guy with an axe. Well, the idea of not reading the player manual turned out not to be a brilliant idea after all. After quite a scare, we decided to give up and play with the parrot. The cage was loose so he managed to escape and flew everywhere. We managed to catch him with a butterfly catching net and some sunflower seeds.

If you guys were wondering where have I been all morning, I was attending a new student orientation. Gosh, I was so nervous. We met at the Gym and it was so crowded! I got the bad seat near the loudspeaker and yeah, you know what happened…I was nearly deaf after the principal finished his speech. The good thing is, I spotted a bunch of my friends at the orientation and we kind of hung out until the Web Leaders show up and give us a tour around the school. The school itself is ok. It is medium sized, kind of old, and full of trees for shady spots to sit during lunch. When we arrived at the corridors though, I found out that they took out the lockers so I will have to drag my books around from classes to classes. It sucks. After the short tour, the leaders led us to an empty classroom and we all got to know each other in our tour group. I made friend with 12 people in an hour, that was pretty good. The web leaders talked about the school history, events, sports, and clubs. There were a bunch of different clubs you can join, I’m still undecided. I’m pretty lucky about my schedule since I get to sleep in. This is better than my last school, it starts at 7:20 AM! I’m so not a morning person. After the leaders finished talking, we all got a break outside where they served soda and juice. I chatted around with others and found out I got mostly easy going teachers, yay! Some people also offered me a detailed tour of the school when it starts so I’m all set. Well, all that left is wait for the school to start and and see what happens.
Personal Tips: Talk and introduce yourself, it’s a great way to make new friends. Pay attention to your surroundings so you won’t get lost. Some important buildings to remember are your classes, the office, the library, the cafeteria, and the gym. Try asking around for shortcuts to those places to cut the traveling time. Join clubs, otherwise school will be b-o-r-i-n-g! Club is a great way to meet new people who are interested in the same thing as you. Just be yourself, no use pretending to be some one else you are not, it’s tiring and pointless. The last but not least is to have fun! I know you have to study and get good grades for a good future, but try to set some time to relax and participate in school events too. If you study all year long, you will get bored. This doesn’t mean to slack off though, studying is still important. :]

It’s actually harder than I thought to keep a blog. I mean, you have to find your way around all those neat little things to customize your blogs like meebo and hit counters. Good thing I had help around the site, you know who you are! 😀 Well, now that the blog is stable-ish, I could start rambling away. You guys are probably wondering why in the world I picked ChocoPuddi of all the names I could have. Well the reason is simple, I was eating chocolate pudding at that time. Lol, it sounds dumb, but I like the name anyways.
I recently started messing around with Photoshop (it’s an digital art program). It’s so addictive! Took quite a while for me to get used to the tools, but I created some fun stuff with it. I’m still a newbie though, haha. Another thing is, Photoshop makes things really easy once you got used to the basics and you can actually create things with a professional touch if you follow a good tutorial. I tried making my own wallpaper before, it took a really long time to make and didn’t turn out very professional, but I still love it. Heh, I probably will ask my dad for a tablet soon. It’s an awesome tool if you suck at drawing with a mouse like me. It acts as pencil and paper and it lets you draw directly into an art program like Paint or Photoshop. It is really great. Yeah, if you have read all of that, you probably knew that I absolutely love art! I have been drawing since I was 4 and I took a couple of art classes. I signed up for a painting class too, heh, I hope I get accepted.
